I am excited to teach this course this semester. I have been with Midland College for more than 10 years in both Student Affairs and Academic Affairs in part-time and full-time capacities. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UTPB and a Master of Education in Higher Education, a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution, and a Mediation Certificate from ACU. I also have a CPS Mediation Certificate and Advanced Family Mediation Certificate. I am currently working on a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership in Higher Education from ACU.

I have lived in the Midland/Odessa area since 2004. I am married, and we have two kiddos, ages 7 and 5, and one dorkie (dachshund/yorkie) dog named Ella that we rescued from the Odessa Human Society.

My passion is helping people grow and succeed. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions or need direction. If I don't know the answer, I can help you find it.
